Fathom.video is a free plug-in that works with Zoom and Teams.
Every time I have a Zoom call it jumps on the call and records it. Using AI it transcribes it and gives me a summary of the call – and the summary points click through to that part of the video – no more wading through a whole call recording to find the pertinent points. I can then easily forward the call recording with the summary to the participants at the click of a button.
I also have a searchable library of recordings which are AI-searchable and it can link related calls and attendees.
Fathom saves me so much time.

Recently, they upgraded Fathom so there is also a premium version with a few extra features. These are better templates for the summaries; from the call it picks out the action points (very accurately!) and it has a Zapier connection. So now I can take the call recording, transcript and action points and automatically add all this to the contact record in my CRM. All these extra features save me so much time that it was a no brainer to upgrade.
So if you are using Zoom or Teams much then I would definitely give the free version of Fathom.video a go.
