Top HighLevel Workflow & Automation Updates from the Last 13 Weeks
1. AI Agent Action in Workflows
AI Agents take workflows beyond fixed If/Else automation. You can give the agent an objective and allow it to reason, make decisions and use available tools to determine what should happen next.

2. Wait Action Major Revamp
The Wait action is now much more flexible, with recurring waits, dynamic durations using custom values, specific dates and times, and better grouping of different wait conditions.

3. Inbound Email Trigger
Incoming emails can now start workflows, including cold emails from people who are not already contacts. You can filter by sender, mailbox, subject, body and attachments, then automatically create contacts, assign leads, notify users or send replies.

4. AI Data Extract
AI Data Extract turns unstructured information from emails, SMS messages, webhooks and other sources into structured workflow variables. For example, AI could read an enquiry and extract the customer’s address, service required and preferred date for use later in the workflow.

5. Array & List Values in Workflows
Workflows can now handle arrays and lists much more easily, particularly data arriving through webhooks and integrations. Lists can be converted into usable text formats such as comma-separated, bulleted or numbered lists, reducing the need for external formatting tools.

6. Company & Custom Object Workflows
HighLevel workflows are no longer centred solely around Contacts. Automation can now be built around Companies and Custom Objects, opening up much more sophisticated processes for things such as properties, projects, contracts, vehicles or other records.
