My Experience: From Tawk.to to HighLevel

I used Tawk.to for years.

I genuinely liked it and was actually sad to remove it from my site. It was free, easy to install, and worked well. At the time, I was using a different CRM and had stitched things together using Zapier as best I could. It worked, but only just.

Leads would come in via chat, then get pushed into the CRM, then maybe into email follow-up. It was functional, but fragmented.

At that point, I did not really have a better alternative.
