I have just been working with a client to integrate Shopify and Keap / Infusionsoft.
On asking the Keap Certified Partner community I was directed to an integration called “Connect My Sales“.
The client added the app from the Shopify App Store and he was all set – it just works.
From the moment the app was installed on the store then all the customer and order data was pushed into Keap where a new order was created. It just works.

And of course we can then trigger automation within Keap based on the “Product Purchased” goal.
Another tool that I have used with Shopify clients is Klavio. Check out my Klaviyo post.
He visually mapped out a plan, after listening to me. He then made suggestions where he saw flaws in my system. After each session, I know what I need to do and where we are headed. Thank you, Julian, for helping breath sanity into my business marketing world.
