I have just had an enquiry from an Keap / Infusionsoft client who uses WorldPay to process credit card payments through Keap / Infusionsoft. He has been told by Infusionsot that as of September 2020 Keap / Infusionsoft will no longer be able to process WorldPay payments.
So what’s the solution. So first I suggested the easily available alternatives like We Pay and Stripe – both are options in the Keap / Infusionsoft Ecommerce settings. But this client wanted to stick with WorldPay as they get a very competitive commission rate.
So what was the solution? The solution was to bolt on Nexus merchants. This functions as a gateway between Infusionsot and WorldPay.
Now, this solution is free to set up, but they do charge a 1% commission rate for the service. So that is a decision you have to make – is it worth it?
