I would like to quickly clear up the confusion regarding what is the difference between Keap and Keap / Infusionsoft. A number of times potential clients have approached me and they are confused.
So Keap / Infusionsoft, the advanced marketing automation software was the first of its kind solution back in the early 2000’s
Early 2019 the company did two things. They rebranded from Infusionsodft to Keap. At the same time they launched two new products. Each of these are a lighter version of Keap / Infusionsoft. So the names of the 3 products are now:
“Keap Grow” “Keap Pro” “Keap / Infusionsoft by Keap”

As an Keap / Infusionsoft user since 2009 I love Keap / Infusionsoft. The reason being that as a marketer it is so powerful it lets my marketing creativity run wild. There is just so much marketing power in this product. But the down side for new users is the amount of learning required – and that is where I have stepped in since 2009 – to help clients master their marketing automation with Keap / Infusionsoft.
Keap Gro and Keap Pro are presently much simpler software to get your head around and to get upa dn running yourself quickly – like say you would with Mail Chimp. But then you do not have the awesome marketing pprover that Keap / Infusionsoft brings to the table.
So if you want to have advanced marketing automation and run advanced marketing activity then you need Keap / Infusionsoft. If you need simpler marketing, say you are just starting out then go for the simpler solutions of Keap Gro or Keap Pro.
The vast majority of my clients are using Keap / Infusionsoft. I have had a number come to me that already had Keap Pro, but soon realised after speaking with me that to do the marketing they wanted then they needed Keap / Infusionsoft. I have a couple that are using Keap Pro but they have simple marketing requirements. I have none that use Keap Pro as it does not have any marketing automation capabilities.
