Just a quick blog post to say that I have been testing using Keap / Infusionsoft and WebinarJam Studio for a client project.
This has been my first experience using Keap / Infusionsoft and WebinarJam Studio together and I must say I am really excited about the potential.
So what are the advantages I have found so far with using WebinarJam Studio?
Well the first things is the price at $379 a year, much cheaper than GotoWebinar or StealthWebinar.

It has a deep integration with Keap / Infusionsoft, so not only will it capture registrants details but you can tag people as they watch the video etc, so that enables Keap / Infusionsoft to work its magic on the automation front.
As to the features, what can I say it does so much. It really is designed with the online marketer in mind.
A couple of concerns that I initially had. Did it work on IOS devices? the answer is yes. The only thing with IOS devices is that even with the live webinar the viewer has to press PLAY to watch the live video – but that is a limitation imposed by Apple, not WebinarJam. But that is a minor concern to me now having seen WebinarJam in action. In fact I was able to use an Ipod to be a presenter which I thought was cool.
The other consideration. There is a lag of between 20 -45 seconds. What this means is that there is a lag from when you record yourself to when the attendee sees the content, but this is easily worked around ie if you are going to ask a question in a poll or such-like then ask then question 30 seconds before you need the answer. Also I would start the presentation a minute early with bit of filler conversation so that you are there and waiting for the attendees when they join at the allocated time.
One use I can see for WebinarJam is to use it to demo Keap / Infusionsoft to potential Keap / Infusionsoft buyers. So I can have myself and the prospect both as presenters and then there is no lag to worry about. Plus the camera automatically switches between the two speakers automatically as they speak. Then at the end of the demo you have a recording automatically uploaded to YouTube that the prospect can replay or let their colleagues see – or you could use the video yourself ie a training video.
Then once you have that perfect webinar “in the can” then you can easily convert it into an Evergreen webinar and automate the whole process.
So over the next few months I plan to be using WebinarJam in clients and in my business, so if you have any questions about Keap / Infusionsoft and WebinarJam just drop me a line.
Cheers
Julian
