In August 2019 I decided to become a UK ServiceM8 Certified Partner in addition to being a leading certified partner for Keap / Infusionsoft by Keap.
So why did I decide to do this? Firstly over the last 5 years I have recommended ServiceM8 to a number of service business’s who needed to have a system to enable them to manage their work day to day. So for clients like – locksmiths, plumbers, cleaners, pest control, electricians etc. So ServiceM8 is excellent for scheduling jobs, managing field staff and materials, invoicing and collecting payments on site. Keap / Infusionsoft cannot do this.
But ServiceM8 does not do marketing automation. Then in August 2019 I became aware that the ServiceM8 API was greatly improved and this meant that Keap / Infusionsoft and ServiceM8 could be “bolted” together to create a complete marketing and service delivery system for service businesses. So it then made complete sense for me to become a UK ServiceM8 Certifed Partner as both systems complement each other so well.
