I have just been working with a client to set up a call centre using turboDial and Keap / Infusionsoft.
turboDial enables you to set up and manage a powerful and sophisticated call centre operation – ideal for a sales office. Imagine being able to have a sales team located either in a single office or each rep working remotely anywhere in the world. And all the data and marketing automation is handled by Keap / Infusionsoft.
My client was quoted £60,000+ to set up the telesales system. With turboDial and Keap / Infusionsoft, I was able to set it up for less than £5000 and with ongoing subscriptions for Keap and turboDial in the region of £400 per month (obviously this depends on the number of seats and any optional add-ons that are required). All the calls and texts are routed through Twilio and are therefore charged directly by Twilio.
If you are considering setting up a call centre then I would definitely take a look at using turboDial and Keap / Infusionsoft.

In addition, if you are managing customer service enquiries then there is another excellent tool you may want to look at – Fusedesk. Fusedesk is a powerful customer ticketing add-on for Keap / Infusionsoft that works great alongside turboDial.

I met with Julian and prior to this I had mapped out on the wall over a series of around eight A1 size flip charts the entire wedding process from the initial inquiry right through to the end result of delivering a wedding.

I took this series of seven spreadsheets and worked with Julian to create a sales pipeline, right from the initial inquiry right through to the delivery of a wedding. So not only was Keap / Infusionsoft being used as a sales and marketing tool but has also transformed into an operational management tool for the delivery of weddings too.

So to have one system which will not only market weddings, but also deliver them is just amazing for us. From when I met Julian we were running two weddings and when we implemented Keap / Infusionsoft, and we're now just over two years later, running this year about 54 weddings, so to go from two weddings to 54 weddings in the space of two years is incredible. This is with no advertising. This is with implementing a system that actively collects the data of the customers and then uses that to do proactive marketing.
