Transcript Hi, I’m John Mayfield with Global Real Estate School, and I want to just say I appreciate Julian so much. He’s been a tremendous help for me. We’ve been friends now for a couple of years. And I remember listening to a Dan Kennedy audiobook about how good are you really taking care of your clients and your database, in other words, how often are you corresponding with them and staying in touch with them.
