I first became aware of ServiceM8 when I was with a client in Niagara Falls, USA. He has a service based business which involves service engineers visiting customers properties and installing and maintaining equipment in the home.
As a result I signed up for a free trial and I was really impressed with the functionality. And using the third party Zapier it means that ServiceM8 and Keap / Infusionsoft can be integrated together.
The main points that struck me was the usability and the way you can easily plan service engineers routes to jobs and amend them in real time as new jobs come in through the day. Service engineers can photograph completed jobs, create invoices on the spot and collect payment there and then by cash, cheque and card payments. It even integrates with Xero which is the leading accounting software used by small businesses in the UK
I have been recommending it to my UK clients and a locksmith client has been able to transform his business by incorporating ServiceM8 into his business. I suggest all my clients with service based businesses who visit customers properties take a look at Service8M.
