Review – Extendly White Label Onboarding Service for HighLevel Agencies

Extendly white label onboarding service I have been using the Extendly White Label HighLevel Onboarding Service to assist my clients in getting started with HighLevel.

So to be able to offer white labeled HighLevel onboarding to your new subaccounts your agency first needs to subscribe to the Extendly Support Services –  Get more information here. Once you are subscribed to their white label support service then you have access to the While Label Onboarding service. Each onboarding costs the agency $99 and you can either cover the cost of this by passing the cost (plus your mark up) on to your clients – or you may factor it into your monthly account subscription.

I opted for the Ultimate Plan from Extendly at $5990 and in the fist year they give you 25 free client onboardings. So what I have been doing is charging clients $300 for the onboarding and that will bring in $7500 – and so this covers the cost of my entire support operation for the first year. And in subsequent years I will have built up a big enough client list, so the $5990 annual Extendly fee becomes insignificant and a cost of doing business – as does the HighLevel agency fee (which I also pay on an annual basis).

In all my dealings with the Extendly team I have been very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.

So this is what happens from a client point of view when they are being onboarded by the Extendly onboarding team.

  1. They sign up for your HighLevel sub account subscription package. You can upsell the onboarding package or include it in the subscription
  2. They get an email from your agency with a link to book the onboarding with the team at “MyCRM” and they will fill out a questionnaire. At the end of this they are directed to book two calls – a Tech call and a Training call.
  3. . The Tech call consists of a 1-Hour call to set up their domains, integrations, calendars, phone numbers, establish connections with their social media accounts, and any other technical needs. Afterward, you receive a copy of the recording and a report on how the call went and any action points for you to take.
  4. The training call consists of a further 1-Hour call to ensure your client knows exactly how to use your white labeled HighLevel’s cool features on a daily basis. Afterward, you will receive a copy of the recording and a report on how the call went and any action points for you to take.

This dovetails perfectly with the clients I am working with. I am working with a wide range of clients and this is Phase 1 of my onboarding process. Phase 2 is where I work 1-2-1 with them to build their bespoke marketing and sales system.

The Extendly white-label onboarding service may not be ideal for you if you are working in a very defined niche and you want to import a comprehensive snapshot . The onboarding team at Extendly are not going to study and understand your snapshot in great detail. They can assist clients with specific questions – but they are not going to become experts in understanding your niche-specific snapshot.

I hope this review has given you a better understanding of the Extendly While Labdel Onboarding Service. Click here for more information on the Extendly White Label onboarding Service
