UPDATE MAY 2017:
Since writing this post back in 2015 Keap / Infusionsoft have upgraded the email builder to be responsive. http://help.infusionsoft.com/introducing-infusionsofts-new-email-builder
However Keap / Infusionsoft users who had had their app prior to 2017 should still see the Legacy email builder. Then the rest of this post still applies. In fact there can be instances (ie when you need to insert HTML into an email) where you need to use the legacy email builder and to be able to make this a responsive email would then be an advantage.

Are you looking to create responsive emails in Keap / Infusionsoft broadcasts and campaigns?
48% of emails are opened in mobile devices during 2014. Currently the Keap / Infusionsoft email builder does not create responsive emails. But there is a neat work from Marketing Mavens.
