Are you thinking about integrating Pipedrive and Keap / Infusionsoft?
This is my perspective based on being an avid Keap / Infusionsoft fan.
So for small businesses Keap / Infusionsoft is a great all-round tool. Now, when it comes to person to person sales i.e. meetings and phone calls then Keap / Infusionsoft has built in CRM, sales pipeline and opportunities modules. And for many small businesses using these out of the box works just great. Here is a video I filmed with one of my clients who does just that, Celia Gaze who runs wedding events.
So using Keap / Infusionsoft out of the box works. However , larger businesses may have a sales team, say over 3 people and maybe a sales manager. So these larger businesses may find that Keap / Infusionsoft out of the box is not quite what they need. They need a more sophisticated system to manage the sales team.

And this is where Pipedrive steps in. Pipedrive is a sophisticated sales management tool. It has very similar functionality to Salesforce – except the cost is much more affordable to small businesses -starting at just $12 per user per month.
But Pipedrive lacks all the automation capabilities that Keap / Infusionsoft has. So you can now see the benefit of integrating Pipedrive and Keap / Infusionsoft. Pipedrive provides a sophisticated tool for sales management and Keap / Infusionsoft brings the automation to capture and nurture prospects until they are sufficiently warmed up and then deliver them to the sales team in Pipedrive. (this is just one example of what Keap / Infusionsoft can do – it does way more – but that is another story)
