Within Keap / Infusionsoft you can store data on contacts using Custom Fields, Tags or Notes.
This can cause confusion with new Keap / Infusionsoft users – which method do you use for a particular piece of information you want to collect and store on your contacts.
I came across this very informative tip from Novak Solutions on this very issue. Here is the link.

I've worked with Julian for +5years now and he’s my go to guy…
I have worked with over a dozen “Keap / Infusionsoft” and “Automation” experts, including the so-called top of the game guys. Julian beats them all hands down, because he’s a problem solver, passionate and always finds the best solution for your business and makes everything he does future proof. I do not believe there is anyone else that comes close to Julian where solving business problems with automation is concerned. I've worked with Julian for +5years now and he’s my go to guy when it comes to automation for E-comm, dental automation, business systemisation and training courses. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Julian.
