Below you will find two pieces of advice that I give to every new Keap / Infusionsoft client that joins me.
1 Password management. These days you need passwords everywhere and it is impossible to remember them all. How many times have I been at a clients office and we have had to fish around to get access to Keap / Infusionsoft, WordPress, Google Adwords etc etc. It is such a waste of our time, yet there is a simple solution that I use called RoboForm. It stores all these passwords and even fills in forms automatically, generates a unique password and then remembers it all. Plus you can access your passwords on any device
I could not live without this. It is a no brainer. It must save me days of time each year that I would otherwise waste in trying to repeatedly recover lost passwords and all the hassle.

2 Get a second screen for your PC or Mac. I have seen it claimed that using two screens can increase your personal efficiently by a whopping 30% – and I can well believe it from my experience. So you are not constantly flicking between browsers and other applications. This is a must for me.
Try these tips out you will be surprised how much they make the working day easier and more efficient.
