New campaign – Alternative to using the CAPTCHA field in Keap / Infusionsoft web forms

I have just created a free campaign that provides an alternative to using the ugly Keap / Infusionsoft CAPTCHA field in your web forms.

Every so often a robot will target a web form and start to fill your database with rubbish contacts. Why do they do this? I am not really sure. The only reason I can think of is to damage your email deliverability.

What they tend to do is create junk contact records for  ….@hotmail.com, …@outlook and …@gmail.com.  So not only does it fill up your database with cr#p but you end up sending junk emails to these email service providers. When a service provider receives lots of junk emails from you guess what happens – it damages your sender reputation and so there is more chance of your emails going straight into spam and never being delivered. So it is good practice to prevent this.

A CAPTCHA code will do this. The only problem is that it is ugly and an extra hurdle for people signing up. This campaign solves both of these issues.
