How to Migrate from Docusign to Highlevel for Document Signing

docusign to highlevelAre you considering moving from DocuSign to HighLevel for your document signing?

Here are the top reasons you may be looking to leave DocuSign for HighLevel in terms of electronic document signing.

  1. Cost. DocuSign at present costs £20/user/month. If you have say a team of 5 users – then you are in for £100/month. HighLevel starts from £97 from the MarketerM8 reseller. But HighLevel, does so much more that document signing. More detail can be found at the MarketerM8 website.
  2. You have simple document signing requirements. DocuSign will have more advanced features that the HighLevel document signing module. But if you only require the basics and at the end of the day a legally enforceable signature, then HighLevel is probably a good option.

How to migrate to HighLevel.

  1. Gather all the documents that you require signatures for. We can import PDF versions of documents or create the documents directly within the HighLevel document builder.
  2. Create the documents as templates in HighLevel.
  3. Build out Workflows to accommodate automation where required. For instance:Trigger to send contract / agreement for signing when sale agreed.
Send reminders to sign contact / agreement
Trigger automation when contact / agreement is successfully signed by all parties.

The signed contacts are stored safely within HighLevel and can be directly accessed from the Documents section of the contact record.
