Since 2009 I have specialised in marketing automation using tools such as MailChimp, Keap / Infusionsoft and ActiveCampaign.
What I have found working with hundreds of small business clients is that before choosing any system it is essential that you have a clear strategy that will effectively guide you through the process of setting up your marketing automation.
And this strategy ultimately defines which marketing automation platform will be best suited to your needs. For my small business clients who want to do sophisticated marketing then they tend to go with Keap / Infusionsoft, however, I do have a number of clients for whom Mailchimp is a better fit.
