Keap have announced that the product called “Keap Max Classic” (formerly Infusionsoft) will now be called “Keap Ultimate.”
Why the change?
1. This confirms the company’s commitment to the product. Mentioning “Classic” in the name has connotations that the product is “on the way out”.
2. Visual changes When you log in the product has a more modern layout and this is aligned with other Keap Products – Keap Pro and Keap Max.
3. Functional. With the new behind-the-scenes architecture, features in the future can be standardised between the products and so less development time is spent duplicating the same features between products. So we see more and quicker updates to Keap Ultimate.
4. Marketing. For the last few years Keap Max Classic has been forgotten about in Keap marketing. It was not even mentioned on the website and the sales team only actively sold it to clients where it was obvious they needed advanced features.
