Since 2009 I have helped hundreds of business owners with systemizing and automating their marketing with Keap / Infusionsoft. (Read About Julian).
I have over 25 years of real-life, “in the trenches” marketing experience with small business owners and my marketing campaigns have generated in excess of £50M in sales. I am based in the UK and work with many London-based clients and internationally I work with clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Ireland.
During the Coronavirus pandemic (March/April 2020) this focused my attention on how to deliver remotely my Keap / Infusionsoft consulting, training and implementation services.
Prior to the pandemic (in 2020), I had focused on working one-2-one with UK clients which typically consisted of two full days working on site. As a result of the pandemic I switched to doing full-day calls on Zoom (with regular breaks) and this worked exceedingly well. What this has meant is that it is now possible for me to easily work remotely with clients across the world – I am currently working with clients in the USA and Canada without the need to have in-person meetings and training.
However, there was one main advantage that I did not initially foresee with regards to Keap / Infusionsoft training. With Zoom we can easily and reliably record the video and audio of the calls, audio can even be accurately transcribed by artificial intelligence if required. Now with the training structured using an agenda, it makes it possible during the remote training days to record a series of bespoke training videos. So at the end of the training, a library of training videos can be created for the client as a future training resource specific to that client’s business requirements.
