I am currently working on a project for a client to integrate both Keap / Infusionsoft and Proclaim. Why would a legal practice want to do this?
Well, Proclaim is an excellent software to enable you to manage your cases. But it is not a marketing tool.
Keap / Infusionsoft is not a tool to manage legal cases. But it is and excellent marketing automation tool for small businesses.

So by connecting Keap / Infusionsoft and Proclaim together you get an excellent marketing tool that will bring in the business and you can then efficiently manage the cases.
So having already worked with a client to create this integration I would be delighted to hear from any other legal practitioners who would like to do similar.
