How to integrate ServiceM8 and HighLevel

servicem8 and highlevel integration

I have been working with a number of trade/ service based business which involves service engineers visiting customers properties and installing and maintaining equipment in the home.

They were already using ServiceM8 to manage jobs. And ServiceM8 is a great tool for small trade/service type businesses to manage the service delivery.

But they were frustrated because they could not run effective marketing campaigns from Servicem8.

And this is what HighLevel does, it is great at doing the marketing.

So by integrating ServiceM8 and HighLevel together you can create a business automation system – it does the marketing and it does the service delivery.

How do you integrate ServiceM8 and HighLevel in practice? In order to do this you need an intermidiary piece of software –  a popular “connector” is called Zapier.

So by using Triggers and Actions in Zapier we can effectively “connect” and so integrate ServiceM8 and HighLevel.

Here are a few of examples:

  • A new contact is created in ServiceM8 (the Trigger)  and in HighLevel (the Action) is to create a new contact and drop them into monthly customer email follow up campaign.
  • An engineer submits a job completion form in ServiceM8 (the trigger) and in HighLevel (the Action) an opportunity is created to altert the sales team that there is an opportunity to upsell as service to the client.
  • The sales team win a sale in HighLevel (the trigger) and in ServiceM8 (the Action) is to create a new job.
