Keap / Infusionsoft email deliverability is one of those aspects of Keap / Infusionsoft where it is difficult to get true picture – because there are so many variables.
It is all too easy to blame Keap / Infusionsoft if you feel that your Keap / Infusionsoft email deliverability is suffering. But it is way more complicated than that.
As an Keap / Infusionsoft user there are some initial steps that you can take to maximise our Keap / Infusionsoft email deliverability.
The first thing, and a quick win for new clients is to set up their SPF and DKIM records on their website domain. By doing this correctly we tell the likes of Gmail, Hotmail, Office 365 and all the others that Keap / Infusionsoft is permitted to send emails on our behalf and so they can be trusted not be be malicious spam appearing to originate from our domain.

So your web guy or yourself (if you are techie minded) can set these up yourself and I have links below to the Keap / Infusionsoft Help Centre page below.
Or if you want a techie just to get it done then I can put you in touch with my web guy – Paul. He would just charge you £150 and take care of all the settings for you.
If you want assistance with this then just schedule a quick 15-minute call with me. Click here to schedule a Discovery Call
To do it yourself, here are the links to the Keap / Infusionsoft Help Centre.
