The Keap / Infusionsoft campaign builder is where you set up your marketing automation. Now instead of sending the same form emails out weekly by hand. You can set these up to deliver automatically, based on your contact’s behaviour. You can create web forms and landing pages, react to or apply a tag to your contact, set up multiple sales pipelines, and even respond to a contact when they visit your web page or reach a specific lead score. This is puts your marketing on time, every time.

John
You get to the campaign builder area by hovering over the navigation icon on the upper left-hand corner of the navigation bar and clicking campaign builder under the marketing header. Displayed is the list of campaigns you’ve already created with the names and number of active contacts in each campaign, published date, any error messages, timezone and publish timezone of the campaign, check any or all of the checkboxes to the left of the campaigns to apply a category, export, print, remove from a category or unpublished and delete a campaign. You can search campaigns by name or category, and you can manage your campaign categories from this screen, your list is sortable by header. Click the header name and the information will sort from Z to A, click it again to sort from A to Z. Click the campaign name to display more information about that campaign and the campaign is displayed. On the left is your toolbox containing sequences, goals, and an area for direct feedback to our developers on the campaign builder.

John
Sequences are where your automated activity happens and goals are the triggers that start, stop or continue your campaign. There is a standard sequence for building out your automation and an email confirmation sequence for double opting in your contacts, after they enter your campaign.

John
The goals such as webform landing page, email link click or open, product purchase or fail, quote status, web page automation, lead score achieved or WordPress opt-in can be triggered by your contact.

John
Tag applied, internal form submission, task complete, opportunity stage moved or note applied can be triggered by you, the user. The tag applied goal can be triggered by the system as well. And the last landing page goal is for legacy landing pages. Legacy refers to previous functionality from past releases of Keap / Infusionsoft that are still active.

John
We’ll go deeper into the functionality of the campaign builder in another video. At the top right of the screen, click the toggle for the view of the campaign between editing and reporting modes.

John
The actions drop-down, allows for :- creating a reporting widget, save this version to revert back to later, restore to a previously saved version. Make a copy. Rename, revert changes, unpublish, unpublish and delete, print, links, lock the campaign, and edit campaign categories. The last button is to publish the campaign, which makes the campaign live.

John
Click the X next to the campaign name in the upper left of the screen to go back to your list of campaigns. If you’d like to see what other small businesses like yours are doing, click, go to the strategy guide in the middle of the screen to walk through three questions to obtain the best premade campaign to load into your application based on your answers. You may also go to marketplace.infusionsoft.com and search for over 150 campaigns that are already created and ready to download.

John
Click to create my own campaign to start from scratch and build your own. These buttons are also available in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. If you choose to click No thanks in the main box. Now watch the Keap / Infusionsoft Campaign builder automation take care of business while you work on yours.
