If you are not using the Lead Scoring functionality of Keap / Infusionsoft for conventional lead scoring as part of your sales process then you may be interested in this Keap / Infusionsoft hack.
It is not so easy in Keap / Infusionsoft to see how engaged contacts are with your marketing – both individually or in reports. There is an email status report (in Marketing Reports) and there you can pull out a report for “Unengaged marketable”. But it is rather limited.
However, if we hack the Lead Scoring functionality we can light up flames on the individual contact to show how engaged they are. And we can create a dashboard report to show our hottest contacts right down to those who are not interested at all and should be added to a reactivation campaign and failing that removed from marketing altogether.
