I was just sketching out for a client how Ecommerce can be automated using Magento, Revenue Conduit and Keap / Infusionsoft. I thought it would be a useful guide to post on the Blog.
So using Magento, Revenue Conduit and Keap / Infusionsoft you can bolt together a sophisticated E-commerce marketing system.
1 Magento does what it is good at. You build exactly the the customer facing on-line store that you want. Get in a Magento expert to build your front end store.

2 Revenue Conduit does what it does. Creates the link between Magento and Keap / Infusionsoft. So as orders come in to the on-line store Revenue Conduit sends the contact and order data into Keap / Infusionsoft.
3 And then Keap / Infusionsoft kicks in. So Keap / Infusionsoft stores all the customer data and off this you can manage and automate your marketing, reporting etc. etc.. And the result of this automated marketing you can completes the loop and drive customers back to order further products from your Ecommerce store.
In the past I have set up similar systems for clients. One example was a costume jewellery store. As orders came in the system knew what they had purchased eg faux diamond necklace and so I was able to built out campaigns to first up-sell the earrings, then the bracelet. The integrated campaigns consisted of email, direct mail and telesales
marketing.
