Do you ever need to get an image or video off your smart phone. Isn’t it a hassle?
What I had to do was email the image to myself, save it and then open it in the photo editing app (BTW I use Gimp2 which is like Photoshop, except free).
This app – Simple Transfer makes it really easy to connect your devices and download your images and videos. The free version works great, well worth a look Simple Transfer
