This is a very informative book by Clate Mask, one of the founders of Keap / Infusionsoft. It shows the power of organising a small to medium size business systems to create a much greater efficiency. Having used Keap / Infusionsoft myself it is very interesting to see how the thinking has resulted in Keap / Infusionsoft, which I believe is the best systems out there for co-ordinating marketing -both on and offline.
Worth a read, especially if you use or are are interested in using Keap / Infusionsoft to automate your marketing.
