Personalised video messages with Bonjoro and Keap / Infusionsoft – what a combo!

The Bonjoro and Keap / Infusionsoft integration has to be one of my stand out finds of the year in terms of marketing automation.

OK, so we know what Keap / Infusionsoft does – it automates marketing and business processes. It saves us time and increases sales when leads and customers do not “drop between the cracks”.

But the issue these days with automated emails and bots is that everything becomes impersonal and as prospects and customers become savvier online they can now spot blatantly automated marketing.

And this is where the power of Bonjoro comes into play. So we all know the power of video marketing and we can record videos and post them on YouTube and then point leads and customers to the video. That’s great, but very impersonal.

Bonjoro lets you create personal videos. So for instance when you get a new customer you can send them a personal welcome video by email. So you create a powerful and memorable impact at key stages in the customer lifecycle. So there is no getting away from the fact that each personal video takes a bit of time to shoot, but it is worth it when selling high ticket services and products. What Bonjoro brings to the table is a system that makes it as quick and as easy as possible to send these one-to-one videos. And there’s more –  the thing that really got me excited is the integration capabilities with Bonjoro and Keap / Infusionsoft – either direct with Keap / Infusionsoft or indirectly via Zapier. So here is a use case example.

1 Customer purchases high-end consulting package via Keap / Infusionsoft order form.

2 Keap / Infusionsoft tells Bonjoro to create a “Bonjoro task” for a team member to create a personal welcome video and to send it.

3 The team member gets a notification on their phone app to shoot the video. They shoot a welcome video and send it directly by email from the phone app. Bonjoro tells Keap / Infusionsoft the video has been sent and triggers further automation within Keap / Infusionsoft if required.

4 New customer receives a personal welcome email. If they fail to watch the video they get a reminder a day later.

So I hope this gives you a use case example that gets your creativity working.
