How to automate Zoom Webinars with Keap / Infusionsoft using a Funnel Bots account. (Please note this is for Zoom Webinars not the more common Zoom video calls, to automate those check out this post)
So for Zoom Webinars using the FunnelBot – “Zoom Register Bot” it is possible to:
1 Register people for the Zoom webinar using a standard Keap / Infusionsoft web form.

2 Send anyone who registers a confirmation email with a unique Zoom webinar link
3 Send reminder emails in the run-up to the event.
And when the Zoom webinar goes live and the person clicks the link to attend then the “Zoom Check Bot” kicks in and updates the contact record in Keap /Infusionsoft with a tag to say they attended. It will even record on the contact record how long they stay on the webinar and if/ when they complete the webinar then they get tagged to indicate that they completed the webinar. What all this means is that we can automate our follow-up as appropriate using the Campaign builder.
After the Zoom webinar, we can follow up appropriately with the no-shows, those who attended and left before the end and we can follow up with those who stayed for the whole webinar.
