If you use an email platform such as Aweber, MailChimp, Constant Contact or any of the plethora of alternatives and you are a serious online entrepreneur, then you will soon hit upon these systems limitations.
OK, these systems are great if you want to send a monthly newsletter or may be use an auto responder to ping out a serious of emails when someone joins you list. But if you want to step beyond that they fall down.
