# HighLevel Updates
**Exciting Features:**
– **Email Template Preview:** HighLevel now enables easy preview and customization of email templates prior to dispatch.
– **CC Functionality on Document Emails:** HighLevel allows addition of CC recipients during document completion and dispatch for optimal collaboration. The Global CC settings apply to:
– Templates
– Individual documents
– Public documents
**Guidelines on Utilizing New Features:**
**Preview & Customize Email Templates:**
– Proceed to Docs → Settings → Preview with HighLevel.
– Make any necessary modifications to the templates.
Alternatively, for on-the-spot email template modification when dispatching a specific document, please:
– Select the desired document.
– Click Send via Email.
– Make direct modifications to the email template.
**Adding CC Recipients:**
Global CC Settings:
– Navigate to Settings → Customer Notifications → CC Settings in HighLevel.
– Add your preferred CC users.
Per-Document CC:
– Access the particular document.
– Click Send via Email.
– Include the CC users during the dispatch process.

I met with Julian and prior to this I had mapped out on the wall over a series of around eight A1 size flip charts the entire wedding process from the initial inquiry right through to the end result of delivering a wedding.

I took this series of seven spreadsheets and worked with Julian to create a sales pipeline, right from the initial inquiry right through to the delivery of a wedding. So not only was Keap / Infusionsoft being used as a sales and marketing tool but has also transformed into an operational management tool for the delivery of weddings too.

So to have one system which will not only market weddings, but also deliver them is just amazing for us. From when I met Julian we were running two weddings and when we implemented Keap / Infusionsoft, and we're now just over two years later, running this year about 54 weddings, so to go from two weddings to 54 weddings in the space of two years is incredible. This is with no advertising. This is with implementing a system that actively collects the data of the customers and then uses that to do proactive marketing.
