HighLevel is excited to unveil a feature eagerly anticipated. This new function will allow re-purposing of previously posted content by creating Evergreen content buckets. These are categorised based on different themes and can be posted consistently. This will create brand visibility and supercharge your content strategy.
The innovative part is that the best content can now be effortlessly repurposed to maintain a constant online presence. This is done using the new Category Tagging system in the posting queue. Designed to simplify content management, this will maximize engagement and ensure an active brand voice across platforms—without additional effort.

1. Evergreen Content Management
– The feature allows easy categorization of evergreen content that will get shared repeatedly over time.
– It will automatically fill the queue with pre-tagged posts, keeping timelines active during busy periods.
2. Smart Category Tagging
– This new function also organizes content into categories (e.g., Blog Posts, Tips, Promotions) for precise scheduling.
– Specific posting times can be set for each category, ensuring the right content reaches the audience at the right time.
3. Consistent Posting Schedules
– HighLevel assures never to miss a post! The queue intelligently cycles through categorized content to maintain consistency.
– It’s perfect for building a predictable and reliable brand presence online.
4. Repurposing made easy
– HighLevel’s updated features inspire new life into old, valuable content.
– You can now focus on creating new ideas while existing content continues to work for you.
Please, note:
– Category queues can be created for already published content, tagged to a certain category.
– Category queues can be paused/ resumed at any point to plan the content as it fits.
– The category queue can be deleted, if the same content shall not be repeated.
– The content of previously published posts can be edited/ updated while the creation of the category queue.
– The created category queue cannot be edited, re-scheduled for a different timeframe currently.
FAQ:
1. How can future posts be supported in the category queue?
Answer: All earlier and future posts tagged to the ‘category’ will be automatically added to the category queue. Incase new posts need to be added to the front of the queue – please select the option ‘Enable Future Posting’ and ‘Prioritise Content’.
