19/12/24 – Enhancing Payment Collections with Recurring Payments in HighLevel’s 2in1 Documents: A Comprehensive Guide

HighLevel is thrilled to introduce the newest enhancement to their 2in1 Document system. Recurring payments are now supported, a significant improvement from the previous one-time payment option. If the recurring payment schedule aligns with the signing date, individuals will be immediately redirected to the invoice. If not, the invoice will be dispatched on the planned date.

To make the most of this feature, simply navigate to the ‘Documents and Contracts’ section. Begin by creating a new document. Proceed by adding a product list, and within this, include a recurring product and set the desired frequency. Suppose the schedule intends to repeat every Thursday, and the document is signed on that day. In that case, the recipient will be promptly redirected to the invoice. Otherwise, the first invoice will be dispatched on the upcoming Thursday or any date that is set.

Continue the process by enabling the direct payment through the ‘Payment Settings’. After this process, the document can be sent to the recipient.
Once the document is signed, the signer will be redirected to the Recurring invoice instantly, assuming the signing day aligns with the scheduled date.

The decision to create this enhancement stems from HighLevel’s commitment to simplifying the payment collection process following document signing. Simplicity and ease of use have always been paramount to HighLevel, and these features continue to uphold that commitment.

Looking ahead, HighLevel plans to expand this function to include the ability to take deposits and the potential to commence the recurring schedule dynamically based on the signing date. As of now, the day will need to be set manually.

As always, HighLevel remains dedicated to constant improvement and the evolution of their services, working tirelessly to meet the diverse needs of their valued clients. Stay tuned for future updates and enhancements.
