HighLevel has made changes to invoicing and reminder system. In the past, invoice reminders were dispatched at 12 AM, not always fitting conveniently with businesses and customers alike.
Presenting New Features
- Operational Hours Configuration: Customize operational hours to enhance the efficiency of reminders and invoicing.
- Time Zone Modification: Choose to use either the customer’s time zone or the business’s time zone for all reminders.
- Post-Activation Invoice Arrangements: Following activation, these settings apply instantly to all future invoices.
Directions for Utilization
- Start by locating Invoice Settings > Reminders
- Turn on Reminders and set business operational hours.
- Pick Time Zone Orientation: Either Customer Time Zone or Business Time Zone can be selected based on preference. The default preference is set to the Business Time Zone.
- Application to Invoices: As soon as a reminder is toggled on, all upcoming invoices will comply with the selected reminder settings automatically.
