17/12/24 – Understanding HighLevel’s Agency Cancellation Phone System Cleanup and Regulatory Bundle Upgrade

Agency Cancellation Phone System Cleanup at HighLevel

When an agency’s affiliation with HighLevel comes to an end, a 14-day period is initiated to maintain the A2P and numbers associated with all the sub-accounts. If there is no reactivation by the agency within this duration, HighLevel will conclusively clear all the numbers and A2P. The action taken is irreversible.

HighLevel’s Regulatory Bundle v2

At HighLevel, the design language and user-experience of the Regulatory Bundle have been enhanced, showcasing a more refined Address Submission feature. These improvements are directed at simplifying the information input process for customers and mitigating the difficulties related to submissions.

MCTB [Missed Call Text Back] Feature Upgrade

In the past, the MCTB would be sent from the default number, regardless of the number the customer used to call. HighLevel now ensures that the MCTB is sent from the number that the customer originally called. However, in instances where that particular number is incapable of sending an SMS, the default number will be employed as a secondary option.
