Any difficulties previously experienced while using a document template with numerous input fields on an uploaded PDF doc, such as incorrect rendering upon sending, has now been efficiently addressed with an improved document rendering mechanism. It’s essential to note that this update extends not only to HighLevel but also to LeadConnector and White-labelled mobile apps, however, the update request is necessary for White-labelled apps.
Functionality of the Update
Here’s how to benefit from the update:
1. Launch the preferred mobile app and open the relevant subaccount.
2. Visit Documents and Contracts, accessible from the left-hand navigation drawer.
3. Begin creating a document using a template that features a complex PDF and various input fields.
4. Complete all the necessary details.
5. Upon previewing the document, all the input fields will align accurately with their associated document fields.
6. This allows for the seamless sending of the document to the relevant contact(s).
7. The document will render correctly upon receipt, eradicating any potential uncertainties during the document filling process.

In the past, incorrect document rendering could create significant confusion when filling out the input fields. This latest enhancement from HighLevel ensures a seamless and error-free document completion process.

The update is available for:
– HighLevel v3.88.1 and above
– LeadConnector v3.88.1 and above
