Understanding the Issue
A limitation has been inherent in the ad campaign audience section. Previously, only the ‘Interests’ category presented itself in the search and select dropdown despite Facebook including additional sections, namely demographics and behaviour.
HighLevel’s Solution
In response, HighLevel introduced ‘Demographic and Behaviour’ options to complement the pre-existing ‘Interests’ options. Now for comprehensive targeting and precise audience handling, search results for every interest, demographic, or behaviour now displays the audience reach data. This feature includes ‘Size’ for Interests and Behaviour, as well as ‘Coverage’ for Demographics.
The Importance of this Update
This enhancement closes the loop on detailed targeting, an essential element previously missing from the HighLevel Ad Manager yet present in Facebook’s version. This improvement resulted from feedback gathered from customers during calls and through a post on the ideas board highlighting this specific request.
Points to Consider
Observations suggest that multiple ads experienced failure due to an error caused by a too small audience size, resulting in a call to expand the audience. Such failures occur when too many behaviours and demographics are selected, each with its set audience size, leading to an undersized and unsuitable audience for ad publication.
