HighLevel provides an efficient way to manage call recording storage bills through an auto-delete feature for older call recordings. This feature allows for the control over storage bills by only retaining recent call recordings.

The auto-delete feature is available under sub-account settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Call Recording. As an agency or a sub-account admin, it is possible to enable it.

The default retention period for call recordings is 90 days, with the option to adjust as per need. Despite the removal of older recordings, call transcripts remain intact and unimpacted by this deletion.

Remember, this feature serves to control the bills for storage of call recordings strictly. The release date for this feature was 3rd December, 2024.
