HighLevel has recently updated its features in line with security protocols and to ensure user privacy. Notably, through the “Login As” feature, there is provision for accessing another user’s account. This access is supervised and limited to maintaining user privacy when administrators or others use the “Login As” feature.
The new update includes changes in the “Connect Drive” button behaviour found in the Media Storage section. The special feature is now set to be unavailable when the “Login As” feature is operational. This is a wise move to ensure a user’s data in the drive remains private and inaccessible during a proxy login session.
This further enhances user experience by posing several changes when the “Login As” feature is active, including graying out the “Connect Drive” button, thereby making it unclickable. In addition, the drive data will not be displayed. It means the original user’s drive data remains inaccessible during proxy access.
In essence, this aims at improving data protection during administrative or proxy login sessions. It ensures a distinct separation between the original user’s and proxy user’s access permissions. HighLevel is committed to providing top-notch security levels, protecting sensitive information, and offering a smooth user experience.
