06/11/24 – Exploring HighLevel’s Real-Time Currency Conversion Feature on the Invoice and Estimates Dashboard
New Updates:
HighLevel has implemented some exciting updates to the dashboard. It now supports real-time conversion of different currencies into the subaccount location currency on the invoice and estimate statistics. These stats are fully consolidated post conversion into a single currency, allowing for a better understanding of finances.
Functionality:
Consider this scenario: if a substantial portion of invoices are in USD, but a few are also in CAD (Canadian Dollars), and the subaccount’s location is in the USA (thus, the base currency is USD), HighLevel will now convert the value of CAD invoices into USD in real time. This amount is then collated and displayed on the dashboard for easy reference.

Motivation behind this update:
HighLevel recognized that the previous system, where the total value was summed without any proper conversion into a single currency unit, created discrepancies and inaccurate data on the dashboard pages. The aim of these updates is to provide the most accurate and useful information possible, enabling businesses to better manage their finances.

I met with Julian and prior to this I had mapped out on the wall over a series of around eight A1 size flip charts the entire wedding process from the initial inquiry right through to the end result of delivering a wedding.

I took this series of seven spreadsheets and worked with Julian to create a sales pipeline, right from the initial inquiry right through to the delivery of a wedding. So not only was Keap / Infusionsoft being used as a sales and marketing tool but has also transformed into an operational management tool for the delivery of weddings too.

So to have one system which will not only market weddings, but also deliver them is just amazing for us. From when I met Julian we were running two weddings and when we implemented Keap / Infusionsoft, and we're now just over two years later, running this year about 54 weddings, so to go from two weddings to 54 weddings in the space of two years is incredible. This is with no advertising. This is with implementing a system that actively collects the data of the customers and then uses that to do proactive marketing.
