23/10/24 – Maximize Authenticity and Reach Using HighLevel’s Newly Enhanced Review Post Automation in Social Planner

HighLevel’s Social Planner now includes a convenient option for Automated Review Posting – a fantastic tool for leveraging reviews from Google Business Profile or Facebook page and promoting them across your social media accounts.

The importance of this feature is manifold:
– Enhanced Credibility: Positive reviews posted on social media can serve as strong endorsements from satisfied clients, thereby boosting brand credibility and attracting new potential clients.
– Authenticity: Such real reviews reflect genuine experiences, making your brand relatable and trustworthy.
– Greater Reach: Leveraging social platforms can help you connect with a more extensive audience, enabling your reviews to reach beyond just your followers!

In addition to this, HighLevel has also enhanced the user experience on the Social Planner. It’s transformed into a simple 3-step process instead of a detailed one-step form! Further, posting options have been diversified, allowing you to publish reviews as social posts or even Instagram Stories.

Several new features have been added for customization, such as selecting from a range of backgrounds, automating how customers’ names are displayed, and customizing the font and background colors. Plus, it’s now easier to manage the opacity for font and background.

Here’s a guide to how it works:

1. Navigate to: Marketing > Social Planner
2. Select: New > Choose the Review Post option
3. Utilize the 3-Step Automation Form:

**Step One:**
– Choose to import reviews from Facebook or Google (Facebook Page or Google Business Profile integration required).
– Select your respective social accounts and star rating.
– Set how often posts should be published.
– If needed, also opt to publish as an Instagram Story.

**Step Two:**
– Choose or upload multiple background images (JPEG/PNG files, 1:1 ratio, maximum size 5MB).

**Step Three:**
– Option to input either a custom caption or use the review content as the caption.
– Decide how the customer’s name should be displayed (Full name, First name, or initials).
– Customize elements like font color, background color, and opacity.

Thus, HighLevel’s updated Social Planner is designed to make managing social media profiles more streamlined, professional, and efficient.
