# HighLevel Enhances Store Credibility with Reviews and Ratings Feature

HighLevel introduces a new Reviews and Ratings feature that can significantly boost a store’s reputation and further customer engagement. This feature empowers progressive store owners to leverage customer reviews and ratings to increase their products’ trustworthiness in the market. In addition, it aids in displaying customer reviews and ratings on product lists and individual product detail pages after approval from the store owner, thereby providing valuable feedback to future buyers.

## Instructions:

1. **Activating Reviews and Ratings:**
– The Reviews and Ratings feature can be activated on both Product Details and Product List pages by enabling the “Show Reviews and Ratings” toggle, allowing ratings and counts to appear in the builder preview.
– HighLevel allows the option to enable or disable the Ratings count on both the specific Product Details page and the comprehensive Product List page using the “Show Ratings Count” toggle.

2. **Submitting Reviews and Ratings from a Customer’s Perspective:**
– The Reviews and Ratings section can be located at the bottom of every Product Details page.
– A ‘Write a Review’ button prompts a form where valuable reviews can be submitted by customers. Fields for submission include: Name, Email, Contact Number, Headline, and Description.
– Review submission is followed by approval from the store owner before publishing. Customers receive a confirmation message upon form submission.

3. **Moderating and Publishing Reviews and Ratings from a Store Owner perspective:**
– Navigate to Payments > Products dropdown > Reviews for publishing or moderating reviews and ratings.
– A customer-submitted review appears in the review dashboard’s Pending section, where HighLevel enables actions (or bulk actions) like: Approve, Unapprove, or Move to Trash.
– Approved reviews are automatically published onto the store, with options for store owners to respond to individual reviews via the side menu feature.
– Reviews can be sorted via Time Frame, Ratings, Product Name, and Store Name for seamless management.

## Additional Information:

1. Star colors and fonts in the builder preview can be customized by store owners.
2. Font style for the review and rating scale in the builder preview:
– Fixed font size due to multiple content hierarchies.
– Font family coincides with the content fonts used on the page.
– Uniform font color across all reviews and ratings.
3. The ‘Admin Preview’ Trash section facilitates permanent review deletions.
