22/10/24 – Seamless Integration of Your WooCommerce Store Data with HighLevel: A Detailed Guide

HighLevel now facilitates seamless importation and synchronization of WooCommerce store data. This newly integrated feature enables store owners to migrate and manage their WooCommerce store with ease by importing contacts, orders, and transactions directly into HighLevel. Furthermore, utilizing HighLevel’s marketing tools, store owners can enhance automation through the use of triggers such as the ‘Order Submitted Trigger’ and ‘Payment Received Trigger’.

To utilize the WooCommerce integration, navigate to: Integration Settings, located within Settings > Integration > Woocommerce. To transition into setup, click on “connect” and enter the WooCommerce store URL.

Selection of data will follow, guiding users to the ‘Import Elements’ screen. Options for importing include: Contacts, Orders, Transactions. The third step requires configuration of the ‘Sync Settings’, providing the user with the choice regarding future synchronous data from WooCommerce to HighLevel. After completing these steps, saving and waiting for the import and sync process to finish is all that is left.

Once connection to WooCommerce integration is successful, desired elements can be enabled or disabled for future synchronization from the WooCommerce store. Should the necessity to reimport data arise, the integration can be disconnected and reconnected, enabling the reimportation of missed initial data.

However, adhere to these criterias for a successful Woocommerce Integration: Sub-accounts within the same agency can connect to similar domains. Regardless, a single WooCommerce account can only be used by any one agency. If the WooCommerce account is already linked to another agency, connection for the current agency will be denied. Customers with roles as “customers” & “subscribers” will be listed for importing.

Even with Contact sync disabled and Order sync enabled, related contacts will be created for the order. Guest checkout users are created as contacts, with no subsequent updates or syncs provided for guest accounts.

The WooCommerce status mappings are as follows:
– “Completed” or “Refunded” in WooCommerce translates to “Completed” in HighLevel.
– “Cancelled” or “Failed” in WooCommerce translates to “Cancelled” in HighLevel.
– All other statuses in WooCommerce are labeled as “Pending” in HighLevel.

Images for detailed understanding of these steps are provided as well.
