The provision by HighLevel of this feature enables the tracking and monitoring of key actions: creating, updating, or deleting custom objects, custom object records, and associations between objects. For a period of 2 months, all activities related to custom object CRUD operations are logged. The system avails details about exact changes, their method of occurrence, and offers the possibility to filter based on module and action for an easy location of audit logs. There is improved accountability and troubleshooting for actions performed on custom objects.
Using the Feature
Gain access to Audit Logs for custom objects through the following steps:
Firstly, navigate to Subaccounts > Settings > Audit Logs.
Secondly, in the Audit Logs section, HighLevel allows you to filter by action (create, update, delete) or by module (Objects, Custom Objects, Associations) to see the specific logs for custom objects.
Lastly, a more detailed breakdown of any action is obtainable by clicking on the three dots (ellipsis) on the far right of a record and selecting View Details.
