If you want to learn more about your customers and leads then a survey is an ideal tool to do that.
We can do this with Keap / Infusionsoft, right out of the box, using forms or landing pages. We can even connect these in series to create a flow to the survey. But it is not the slickest or prettiest solution. And there is no real reporting.
However, Survey Monkey is a dedicated survey tool with all the bells and whistles. And the good news is that it can be integrated with Keap / Infusionsoft using one of the tools from Novak Solutions. Check out the details here.

Absolutely incredible! I spent hours on YouTube and on the phone to different people trying to figure out Keap / Infusionsoft for myself, and Julian has been nothing short of a life saver.
