Are you looking to profile and survey your Keap / Infusionsoft prospects and customers?
I have just been going through the onboarding and setting up my ResponseSuite and Keap / Infusionsoft surveying system.
So ResponseSuite is a surveying tool which has some unique advantages for us Keap / Infusionsoft users. Firstly, it lets you do all the surveying features you would expect- ask questions, customise questions based on previous answers, reporting etc. But the integration with Keap / Infusionsoft is super – no need to use Zapier to connect ResponseSuite and Keap / Infusionsoft. The two just connect. This means that question responses can be captured directly into Keap / Infusionsoft as custom fields and tags. And of course the tags can trigger campaigns in Keap / Infusionsoft to follow up.

But the stand out feature for me is the quizzing feature. ResponseSuite plays this down but for me this is a big deal. So you can create a quiz/ questionnaire which effectively lets you score the quality of incoming leads. And based on their score you can push them into different campaigns in Keap / Infusionsoft and light up those little orange flames on the contact records. So if someone has a low score and are not ready to buy then maybe push them into a nurture campaign, but the ready-to-buy, high scoring prospects you can create an opportunity in your sales pipeline and have you sales team following up straight away.
