Below you will find a list of free Keap / Infusionsoft campaigns that I have created and offer to clients of Keap / Infusionsoft.
Please note that in order to install any of these free campaigns you will have to grant me temporary access to your Keap / Infusionsoft application as a Certified Partner. This will not “use up” any of your user licences. I only require access for a few minutes and then you can deactivate the temporary account. The campaign will require some configuration on your part, so you will have to know your way around Keap / Infusionsoft. For instance, if a campaign is driven by dates then only you could know and set these up. The other area is copy. Each email in the campaign is not filled with pre-written copy. With copy there is no “one size does all” so I do not even attempt to write the copy for you. You know your business and particular offer and so the copy is best to be bespoke – there is no point in trying to “shoehorn” your offer into pre-written copy or mechanics that just does not suit your business. Much better for you or your copywriter to invest the time in creating copy for your particular situation.
The campaigns below are really just the skeleton of a campaign in order to keep them as simple as possible and flexible enough for you to adapt to suit. Feel free to elaborate on them and customise them to fit your business. That is the way to succeed with the campaigns – explore and test new ideas and keep what works and discard what does not work for your business.

One thing to keep an eye open for with Keap / Infusionsoft is when a malicious Spambot latches on to your Keap / Infusionsoft web form. You often only find out about this when your database suddenly fills up with crap contact records. So this fills up your database and you could end up having to upgrade your Keap / Infusionsoft at extra cost to accommodate all this useless data. Also, it can damage your Sender reputation with the ISPs. If you are sending them a load of junk email addresses to process then they will not look favourably on accepting email sends from you in the future. Solutions? 1. Do nothing. If it happens then manually remove the junk contacts. But if they number in the thousands then it can be a real issue to sort the wheat from the chaff. 2. The easiest solution is to use the built-in free Google CAPTCHA field on all your Keap / Infusionsoft forms. But these look ugly, take up space and put people of completing your form. The Google Captch is not 100% effective, it will always let the first spam submission through and after that, it learns the IP address. This issue then is that the spambot will repeatedly switch IPs, so it can still add spam contacts, just at a reduced rate. 3. You can use SpamKill, it’s a paid for service but very effective and is highly recommended by the Keap / Infusionsoft consultant community. Learn more… -
The Dream 100 Concept was first proposed by Chet Holmes and you can learn more about it in his fantastic book “Ultimate Sales Machine”. The basic concept is that you identify your top 100 dream potential ideal clients, influencers or whatever. When you have this list then you really focus your marketing on these top 100. So rather than blowing your advertising budget on Facebook or Google Ads to generate a whole mass of, at best ‘warmish’ leads you really focus your attention on winning over those in the top 100. Imagine the difference to your business if you could just win over a few of those from the top 100 list every year. More recently Russell Brunson has been extolling the virtues of the Top 100 Concept to really grow his businesses, like Click Funnels. So Russells product, ClickFunnels is a great product and I use in conjunction with Keap / Infusionsoft for my clients. However what Click Funnels cannot do is enable me to automate the follow up to the top 100 dream prospects with emails, direct mail, texts and phone calls. Occasionally you may get a webform that gets targeted by a spambot and it will create a heap of rubbish contacts in your Keap / Infusionsoft. It not only fills up your database but it means you are sending out emails to non-existent addresses and this can impact on the deliverability of your emails with the likes of outlook.com, Hotmail and Gmail as your sender reputation gets damaged. So out of the box Keap / Infusionsoft forms are protected by the Google CAPTCHA. It’s the one that looks like this when you sometimes go to fill in a form online…. Now this is great, in that it stops the spambot after it makes the first submission – we still have one spam contact added. And it seems to me that these spambots can switch IP addresss etc and so they can still fill up your database with rubbish contacts one by one. This campaign solves the problem. You do not lose contacts due to extra steps and at the same time you can filter out the spam contacts.
