Exciting updates are being announced on HighLevel for Calendar Email Notifications and Appointment Smartlists to enhance functionality and user experience.
New Features
Calendar Email Notifications
Customizable “From” Name, Email and Subject: Highlevel now allows specification of the From Name and From Email in calendar notifications, providing control over how emails appear to recipients. Email subjects can also be set directly when selecting an email template.
Support for Custom Values: Highlevel adds support for custom values for the From Name, From Email and Subject fields. Utilize the custom value selector for inserting preferred values thus personalizing notifications.
Appointment Smartlists
Improved Filter Design: An updated Sort By filter layout has been developed to provide better clarity and a smoother user experience.
New Filters – Contacts and Source: Highlevel introduces filters allowing viewing of appointments related only to selected contacts. The Source filter allows categorization of appointments based on origin.
Enhanced Error Handling for Filters: If a contact, user or calendar linked to a filter is deleted or reassigned, a noticeable error notification is displayed on the smartlist page. Errors highlight issues while problematic filters receive clear markings with explanations in the filter drawer.
Assigned Data Only: Highlevel makes sure Smartlists are aligned with assigned data settings, ensuring that data visibility is consistent with user roles and permissions.
User Timezone Support: Upcoming Appointments and time-based filters now respect the user’s timezone for accurate tracking.
These enhancements are designed to improve the user experience, make notifications more flexible, and ensure seamless operation of smartlists according to user needs.
